You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more
by geolocation of where they tweeted it? That would be awesome but most tweets don't have that information enabled I think
you can use some as anchors, but i think with the right metric and ml estimator you can link accounts and threads and place an initial set as anchors, that distribute ongoing tweets over time. after that you make a layer that tries to usurp the primary social network layer
