how about like in "who wants to be a millionaire" you get a lineline during the competition, you can call anyone you want

so were you thinking a two stage competition, an open video competition / entry phase, and then an in person competition? pretty much says this is an annual summer or spring competition imo

I am staying away from this being called a competition -- there are elements of that but I want teams to feel like it's a collaborative effort to make something fun and cool. And yes some things will be showcased but no "winners." And yes, both online first and then in person.
