You know teachers are locked into the program just as much as the students depending on board policy. ...if they want to keep their jobs. Then there are the unions. ...and child welfare agents... the trap is vast.

The idea that teachers should override all their human social instincts and instead always act based on a code of conduct that minimizes their chance of running into conflicts with parents and administrators is relatively new, I don't think that it always lead to personal growth.
