then there’s the challenge of energy and power density, but i think these can be solved.

thin film power electronics and energy transformation processes can be extremely efficient if voltage matched somehow. the recent effort of hydrogen production from two solar cells stacked up voltage wise proves this.

the power density of high end semiconductors can be amazing. even radiative cooling works.

Modular components to limit manufacturing imperfection affecting the overall board.

totally critical. the issue is routing up efforts, so they add correctly

Look at them as individuals part of a collective then. Limit output from each, digitally, as we've already done with hyper virtualization

maybe; but i’d prefer something that could almost always add somehow, usefully. it’s worth being efficient with energy

but if you can actually switch something *off* it’s ok to let parts of the circuit go unused, better usually to save capacity

this is speculation about a principle, really. ultimately you make a thing with what you can. i wish people understood how great it is to go through manhattan on an ebike already, and how it is like you are flying, and how valuable more power would be.

The method of producing vision which can guide a bike through city streets is one which relies on connection to a network, freely available. So it need only look for variances in known geography

yeah right now i don’t want fucking AI to *drive me* i want ai to project a map on the street that is not fucked up. my compass is not reliable on my phone. i think we need an iteration or more before ai can come in as fully as people think tho. it could help like a smart horse

You would load iterations of a known route, think of it like short term and long term storage. You're only looking at specific parts, at any given time and specifically what's in front of you.
