does q include only the energy absorbed? because they shot 1900 kilojoules at it, 250 kilojoules were absorbed, and 1300 kilojoules were released. Q > 5 would be paradigm shifting, so i thought this was technically 70% of Q (genuinely just trying to figure out which Q is correct)

I read the article, and I saw that they got 70% output of the power to charge the laser, so Q < 1.
