Haven't done a deep read of the IPCC report yet, but the headline results are basically as expected. We're way, way off from the optimistic projections, and still need to do basically a hard turn to avoid blowing up the carbon budget and wrecking projections. 
all of this is basically in line with a reasonable reading of the 2013 IPCC report, and is basically along what I started speaking about publicly in 2013-2014.
take a look at the vehicles rolling down the street, and ask "how many of these need to be off the road and replaced with something more environmentally compatible by the end of the decade." it's like 90%...
