nova scotia is not an island; actually all of the atlantic provinces are holding, and the canadian effort at large is succeeding. failure is not inevitable
how can the results be identical if everywhere else there’s tons of covid and in the atlantic probinces of canada there’s no covid?? you’re just wedded to your narrative, man. you don’t want to wear masks. just say that! tbf there’s a better case for that than “they don’t work”

My guess is that Nova Scotia, an isolated province in Canada, is just filled with better people than everywhere else in the world. Just like Australia.

we have very specific interventions, which worked, and required significant sacrifice from our citizens, who largely did it. those who did not were fined. the biggest factor of all os we never let it get out of control; 14 day quarantine for travelers meant contact tracing worked
