the Atlantic bubble has held strong. we have independent media and a population that has been very careful for one another. there are travel restrictions within the country -- and quarantine is enforced for travel from the rest of Canada. the government has been proactive

quarantine for travelers from outside the bubble, vigorous testing and contact tracing, plus a sensible lockdown and shift to delivery etc, closed school, mask adherence. but we've have substantial windows where many things are open, or partially open, even small events. film prd
