you can put an accelerometer (isn’t there one already?) and an orientation sensor in here, and you can use the pencil as a wand, you don’t need it to touch the screen to provide immense amounts of input. with haptic feedback, it could be very flexible.

it’s amazing that apple has given almost everything to the m1 imacs, it looks like a giant ipad, but there’s no touch. the Microsoft Surface Studio has touch, and a pencil, and an amazing variator / dial thing, and had *some* software which used it well.

the USB-A situation is so painful. so much dropped support. i get that they are trying to push the industry but then they do it in a half assed way. and then remove the headphone jack... my god i’m in a bad relationship lol
