And another thing! Veg is NOT the answer. They're generally grown in tillage systems with high pesticide loads, and they produce few calories per acre, although lots of nutrition. Also: waste & refrigeration! We need a few veg for nutrients to supplement our STAPLE CROP diet.

Per calorie, broccoli emits TEN TIMES more GHG than dry beans.
