if you had a household unit that produced hydrogen for energy storage (from eg. solar from your roof) in principle you could also concentrate oxygen, maybe for medical use, or maybe even just to oxygenate a room. would that be desirable enough to come in handy next resp pandemic?

newcos are trying to operate at much smaller scale but usually have to focus on pv tracking as a more reasonable startup scale.

but still you only get a 20% improvement over single access tracking so you have to be super clever with mech e and cost engineering to make it in a competitive decision process. but from there you can scale, and yes then you can operate a thermal plant.
