Helping nursing students graduate school is only part of the problem. Nursing schools are supply constrained — we need more faculty. How do we solve this?

Better pay is one solution. 1. Could we offer a third-party signing bonus or pilot UBI for nurses to go back and teach? 2. How does this work at scale? 3. How much do we need to make off increased enrollment for bonuses to pay for themselves?

magve anyone having served a lengthy campaign on the front lines of this pandemic is a good candidate for nursing faculty. open up the definition of relevant experience and pay well
