Maybe a good thing in specific areas, e.g. using seawater, on a coast where deforestation has caused loss of transportation, lowered rainfall and a vicious cycle?

i endorse the idea of evaporating vast amounts of seawater to counteract desertification. warm humid air can also make it up pretty high in the atmosphere and makes clouds when it condenses, so
