Whenever I see examples of really muddied thinking I wonder if the person experiences actual mental anguish thinking like that. I’d rather not think at all than thinking painfully muddy ways.

hard thinking can literally cause vascular headaches in people chess GMs expend about 6000 Calories when playing a full length tournament !

i think this is compared to 0 cal (includes basal rate) and the 2009 paper i linked used co2 to measure respiration
