Which makes wind (and solar too) fuel saver duplicates. And as such they will always increase the cost of electricity unless their total cost is less than the fuel cost of the dispatchable source production they replace. It's pretty much never the case.

I'm not really addressing whether wind is a perfect energy source that works 100% of the time. I'm addressing the fact that a very mendacious governor in Texas started out by whining that the entire situation was because of wind when it was because of LNG plants freezing up.
