That’s not a vaccine. I think the question may be interesting, but I would avoid the risk of boosting the (wrong) idea that mRNA vaccines change the DNA. May I suggest a rewording?

Not sure how much initial results are worth when the goal is to significantly extend lifespan.

you’re right it’s a total gamble. Maybe the expression of those genes will not help or there will be some kind of problem for some fraction of the population, depending on the situation and genetics
