i’ve been getting a decent amount of sleep, exercise, food, fresh air, etc.; all the things i normally need to feel good. i could always try more exercise and better food, but what i’m getting now is usually good enough for me to not be depressed, yet i’m still depressed

you’re way younger than me so it’s got to be the case that there’s a bunch of great stuff you’re just missing, haven’t experienced. low energy enjoyment is something late capitalism makes pretty accessible
