Again, I cannot resolve the debate within that field (except to keep calling for data collection) but I disagree a bit with Alex. The people with deep/appropriate expertise calling for delaying the booster aren't that few. That said, very thoughtful/leading people also disagree.
this is an important point, imho, it’s a dubious factor of two to chase considering the main direction for improvement, solving the deployment problem is so straightforward...

Yeah, no kidding. We're managing to screw the initial deployment so badly that we're not even getting to discuss thinks countries with semi-functioning health-care systems are wondering about, like booster timing.

given the incredible amount of financial stimulus, it’s astonishing to me there’s such anemic federal support for deployment. “it’s up to the states” is just such weak sauce
