        4.258 tons per person carbon is our carbon emissions per person per year back in 2017 in Canada. we’d have to grow forests / build structures at that *rate* to balance emissions. 🤔

        Couldn't agree more.. Just fill each & every inch u can spare with vegetation. Just let it be. Nature will reclaim. Make human constructions for accommodation vertical, above or below the ground.

        people are building this temple called the “Sanctuary of Truth” in Pattaya, Thailand out of wood. it looks pretty cool. it’s Hindu and Buddhist interestingly there are.stave churches, temples, pagodas, and radio towers. the tallest of which are taller than any tree.pic.twitter.com/icgAHdl2wu

        Large mature forests of 300+ yr old trees are the key for planetary health. Cutting down forests leads to reduced rainfalls and droughts. Look at southeast India.
