it’s warmer, and larger, and kept having water replaced with volcanism (according to this, but makes sense: https://www.voanews.com/silicon-valley-technology/mars-once-had-oxygen-rich-atmosphere …)
one argument is easier access to space / the asteroid belt
bombardment with ice asteroids could heat up and moisturize the atmosphere pretty well.. Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of domes.
will suspend dust in the atmosphere for how long i wonder
yes, the solar wind has 'blown off' much of its atmosphere over the billions of years because its magnetosphere is much weaker. The center of Mars has cooled and the magnetic field that is generated is primarily from the motion of molten iron as it slows the magnetic field lowers
Do you know about Sedna? March 15th, 2004?
1. Terraform Earth Deserts 2. Develop hyper-massive reoxygenations tech 3. Then ONLY, consider cost to bring those tech 150M km away. So far, none has been done.
So its not lost, just #Biden.
I though the atmosphere was brushed away by solar wind after metal core solidified and magnetic field disminished.
