Nah, maybe 1 to 3% max false positive. It all depends on how many cycles the test is run through. More than 30 generates false positives, current standard in US is 35 to 40 cycles.

30% false positive, but 20% false negative. The test has issues but the minor edge false positive has is negligible.

again, these numbers are massively overinflated... people may be conflating cases where the disease is in remission and needs more cycles to detect in pcr, but this does not mean it’s a false positive, it means that people have had the disease

The issue with all tests is false negative rates and depends on which test is being used and timing of testing in relation to symptom onset. This is why lockdown and quarantine are needed.
