Herd immunity is such a bad strategy. doesn’t happen for flu, doesn’t happen for cold, flu, measles, strains just keep evolving & circulating in waves till we stamp it out with vaccines don’t defeat the virus & we’re probably in for a decade of covid19, covid20, covid21, etc.
well it’s not confirmed what the percentages of people who are susceptible to the virus at all either the first time or in subsequent exposures. it could be that the later one is a lower percentage. it’s not 100% in either case so it is a factor.

The point is to get the spread of the virus into exponential decay. Anything helps

Study Iran. They are about 4 months and used the same strategy as the US. They are on the 3rd wave? Ignore the Sweden people. They at skewing interpretations and ignoring reality and virology controls used.

A lot of what ifs. Theoretically, with multiple exposures= better for host- T-Cell rec, if H is weak/ exhaust from 1st exp, then it could be killed at 2nd infection. Over T, it should be assimilated into the society. At what T and how many deaths before this happens?
