I still haven't been able to cancel mine. In NZ you have to actually call them on an 800 number and it only operates during regular business hours and I believe is occasionally unattended depending on 'lockdown' restrictions.

You inspired me to try again. I rang from two different phones at once: it took 40 minutes on hold. I found that if say you're unsatisfied with the editorial, you end up in a forever queue. If you say your reason for cancellation is financial it's comparatively expedited.
