five and a half hour walk today hope it will do something for my health. i’ve been feeling down for most of the month, but i’m hopeful if i just focus on health my body will heal

If u run, do sprints, preferably in the sun. Vitamin D + blood surging to all over. If u have walked an hour (from the 5.5 hours) in the sun today, it should have helped.
