Covid hit us 3/10. I just had another SOB day, after way less than the martial arts I loved before
. My daughter, 13, who appeared to be starting recovery from two 2019 tbis pre-Covid, can now watch movies. That’s it. Struggling to keep this
running, and not run it aground.https://twitter.com/jenbrea/status/1296648706331033605 …

Meaning we’re down from daily 20 minute walks to help tbi recovery to ... spending the day watching movies (Xena at the moment, actually). Minimal activity triggers what looks like
#mcas symptoms. Trying to stave off full-on#cfsme.1 reply 0 retweets 2 likes -

that's terrible.i suffered for nearly a year and a half with cfs like symptoms, a lot of it was triggered by allergies, but slowly with regular walks i redeveloped my strength

Please please know that exercise is the worst thing to do to stave off transition to me/CFS.

it was critical to avoid overwork, but slowly gaining strength through regular walks helped me. if it was viral in origin it could have been a less severe virus or me/cfs for me though. i ate healthily.
