he's taking like 7 kids out of the system, that's more than he has any responsibility for he's liveblogging the attempt and by inspiration and example it is scalable realistically it's unlikely that a majority are going to make it to a homeschool bubble even if it's good,

but the lessons learned can be applied everywhere, and if 20% of peopel were as resourceful on this problem then yes the problem probably is solvable at scale

whether or not it's a self inflicted problem is irrelevant to the problem at hand! and many public schools have significant resources compared to worldwide peers. many of hte problems and legal and structural and slow ATOP WHICH we have the fact of the pandemic!

reform is best achieved by having alternatives as examples of things to learn and adopt from, large scale reform / rewrites and overhauls are incredibly difficult to execute & in this case it is too short a timeframe. it's going to be bad, except for brilliant individual efforts
