Could GPT-3 output get primed to fit onto specific content so exactly that it could be found to be infringing on copyrighted content?

It is hard to catch them now, but if there is a central player behind various textual launderings, it makes a class action strategy legible. This increases the chance that nuisance lawyers will try something that will make them some money and make work more difficult for others.
