Could GPT-3 output get primed to fit onto specific content so exactly that it could be found to be infringing on copyrighted content?

Non-copyrighted copying: It's likely pretty easy to get biblical content. If other output might be that close for copyrighted content, it might not be fair use unless fair use gets redefined. It's also unlikely to be caught unless people are looking very hard.

Right now, if significant flavor text for one of the gigantic open world computer games was copied and pasted from minor fantasy books with some simple name swaps to cover their tracks, who would really know or how would they be caught?
