if a community provided a sort of village as schoolhouse augmented reality outdoor environment, inside a covid tested bubble, it seems like that would be valuable! school districts are one of the major determinants of housing prices... how valuable a service is this per month?

I think ANY Covid-tested bubble for anything would be valuable right now. I’d pay to be part of a covid-tested social club. Or Covid-tested gym.

Going to try to do Covid bubbles as villages. this is additionally providing school services for the villages. I want it to be a selling point since schools are going to suck right now

village membership is like $999 / month which gets you a plot and a tinyhome and utilities

Been thinking more about this, and I’m a little concerned by “tinyhome”. How tiny?? Will my books fit?!

I think there’s probably a way to design shelving into these things so that there’s definitely enough space.
@stewartbrand did much (all?) of the whole earth catalog layout in a single 40 foot shipping container with a 40ft long table something like that for a library. xtra$opt1 reply 0 retweets 2 likes -
I’d also be very ok with just having most of my books in some common library space!
