My impression has been that it's a lot easier and cheaper to get hold of masks now than in April. Might be a different matter if you need to supply entire hospitals or countries.

I can order surgical masks now for 1/3 of the price compared to start of May. For N95 it's more like 1/10. Talking about customer prices, supplying an entire country might be a very different matter.
