no, that's the thing about the implicit bias test! you can't lie your way through it.
not sure. i will state that, for sure, these tests could use improvement, but I *think* where they are is like 80/20% what you need for the next year or so with some basic modifications and some intelligence on the results.

I guess the way to avoid this simple gamification is to actually establish what the baseline is for any test at all and not allow someone to get through if they're much slower. and if their baseline is very slow, then, like certain captchas, restrict virtual access anyway
