should be quite easy to avoid the obvious hack (apply a delay) if you establish a baseline and have pressure to be fast (e.g. game mechanics)

One of the difficult ideas of operating social media is creatively finding ways to allow people freedom to express differences of opinion, while persevering public safety. Even dissenting views should be allowed, maybe given their own space and violence/ illegal act. monitored.
