yeah it’s immense there’s a huge interest the major cities New York City San Francisco. The coronavirus fear and spending time cooped up and the riots kicked off something that was a large macroscopic trend anyway and this may mean that enough people leave together

well the idea is that you have some new opportunities to bring people together because of the internet. you could be far closer to the people in your immediate community, and get many of the economic & intellectual benefits of having online first communities. also you can move...

yeah you can move between communities & we don't charge a commission, it's an alt model. your rent/membership fee goes into an account where eventually if you want you can buy a place but ordinarily you have a membership & this lets you settle anywhere there is room & you 'fit'
