Of course this had to be the case in Wuhan too. Imagine how many infections it must have taken before you find enough severe cases in a single hospital that you recognize something is wrong and get the virus sequenced and discover it's a new virus and develop a test for it etc.
I agree. So, I don't understand a lot of things here. This seem to fit the pattern of the initial outbreak *as told internally by the Chinese* that I thought that I had. There's a lot of things missing and I'm not sure how to express them.
