well, people are indeed changing in their behaviour, but it's not people nature change that rapidly they're just getting tired. and actually I think people's collective social behavior does change a lot!

..but not in time frames or spatial patterns relevant to the epidimiology we're seeing. Stickiness of human nature is a major challenge that we must accommodate/accept, vs. misbelief that technocracy can cure all. Our collective locus of control is just not that high.

100% on this, i'm just saying actual human behavior follows a predictable pattern of wide variations and extremes in a crsis, and here we go again...
