The housing market is competitive right now bc:
1) sellers are being cautious bc of coronavirus
2) buyers are quickly jumping on homes in hot neighborhoods
Now’s the perfect time to consider building a custom home. Less competition for land & we build exactly what you want.

awesome. i'm working on a startup called haven (not yet launched) that is going to make huge largely self sustaining remote work enabled eco villages. whole communities of people are leaving cities and connected on line, and it's an amazing and critical time to reimagine cities

That's awesome! Yeah, we're excited to see what happens now that more people can work remotely. Do you already know where/what cities you're going to be in?

Whoa, that sounds really cool. We're starting in emerging cities for now, but hope to eventually be able to build everywhere. Let us know once you get to the building stage!
