Extremely apt how you point out the Confucian strategy. The use of wisdom, poetry and art for communication and *self-regulation* and thought -- it's a fundamentally generative approach, and it does transcend the texts, it's a live strategy!

Thank you! Some people were wondering why I dove into the strategy itself rather than focus on the history. But the strategy itself is the practical empowering part. We need Western Confucianist practice!

I had been studying the Three Kingdom's period because of Total War Three Kingdoms (initially) and it's totally fascinating. Cao Cao understood some of this strategy, the power of individuals, the potency of poetry and the written language and the way information travels &secrets
