Danielle, the blood issues and the over-reactive immune response may very well be a result of a secondary anaerobic bacterial infection taking advantage ... Please see @sanchak74 links in his bio to his hypothesis. We are not testing for presence of these bacteria in most places.

I think it’s definitely mainly a respiratory disease, and the other methods of transmission are definitely less potent but they could still exist. through food for example, through aerosolization of feces for example.

It is not a respiratory disease, it is a blood clotting disease. It manifests in the lungs by causing clots in the capillaries that are critical to the blood oxygenation. In the intestines, clotting blood vessels caused dead bowel syndrome. Clots causing strokes and
