Lockdowns are a choice that will prove to be incredibly harmful to children--educationally, emotionally, and developmentally. Now with chatter of "no school next year..." it's worth mentioning to parents that from a learning standpoint the students don't get the years back.

So, I really think this is mistaken, but I'm biased -- I'm a grade 7 dropout who graduated with a first class honours in computer science and physics and a university medal, so what do I know -- let's just keep doing the failed educational system harder despite the pandemic...

What're u saying? U mention the short-sightedness of parents who compare the challenges with pain of the disease and its lasting, fatal consequences to themselves, their family, the economy. Sounds as if you agree that the lockdown is wrong. Also, how many children do you have?
