:-). FYI openwater prob. inherits resolution of its ultrasound guidestars. Set for the brain by what can get thru skull, ~ MHz ~ mm. For other tissues, no bone to get through, so can set ultrasound wavelength lower and get better res & signal. Maybe why mlj starts outside brain.

Brave has a decent memory manager built in, and I used Tab Outliner for Chrome before the cyberwar began.

Oh but it's not memory, it's a matter of intellectual hygiene of sorts, going one thing at a time, storing things to read later and then going one by one. (Every month I traverse my twitter favs and feedly saved things and read one by one), but for things like this..
