Given that tests on people hospitalised and with symptoms across Europe in January and February were well below 1% positive, the below is either a) false b) the tests were inaccurate c) the positives were intentionally under reported d) sars-CoV-2 is a lot less infectious. Views?

There is much more social distance in Europe generally, outside of the UK, which is more centralised in London due to its position in world So it's not really an exponential but a series of S curves, and the many, many different states made it possible to react as decentralised
