Yeah, I've studied the proposals and I basically cannot figure out how to make this unexploitable by the very same powers that made this a pandemic. There's got to be some way to do it, voluntarily, but it has not yet been invented, and it will be fought by the powers that be.

I think that software as it exists now is far too overcomplicated to be reliable for sensitive things like this. agile methodologies make web apps with many hands, not well-behaved systems this is one of many software *engineering problems* unsolvable with current methodologies
