I do understand folks are working on this, but a public figure putting out a statement which directly affects front line workers is never a right thing
Don't know him personally but I do know various HC workers who are indirectly affected by @officialmcafee & @elonmusk

The problem is that this is a direct result of the irresponsibility of the censorship, of the uniform media, of the government, of the police state. The clumsy, nationwide shut down would kill even more people via hunger and civil war, nation wide. Only option is freedom.

We don't have a nation wide shutdown. It's not China, most states are open already, CA & WA are lifting restrictions soon. Non essentials are closed temporarily, not permanently. Maybe
@elonmusk is mad for shutting down Tesla? Folks working in Tesla don't even need payouts.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

No, that's not it. If it were, he would not have said the stock was too high. Seriously, he has been delivering ventilators and masks across the country and doing vaccine development. I was near certain civil war would erupt when famine began (in weeks!); Elon bought us time

I do see him delivering & helping back the community. The only reason CA and Washington is holding off from opening up completely is because we don't have enough tests to test every individual.

No one is force quarantining people here, I live here and I'm free to do anything that's safe for the community at this moment. This is just a temporary hick up, all states will be up and running in 30 days.

There's forced quarantine of the mind, There's forced quarantine of the narrative. (this is an example) There's forced quarantine in New York There's forced quarantine in California. Elon's companies are legitimately special forces, must operate. The governments are flat footed

But if you want to work or must work, you should!!! Especially if you are working on critical infrastructure. Especially if there are no new cases in Northern California!
