Journalism is systematically corrupt in a way that is so tight that they do not fix their own problems. They cast out independent journalists who speak their minds. Only few can, within the system, & these are self moderated.

You can point out instances of bad/corrupt journalism all night Danielle; it’s not really adding much to your thesis That the bad/corrupt media gets into so many people’s brains is the problem. Good journalism also exists. It needs defending, signal boosting, funding, etc.

not actually. it is a far most systemic and pervasive problem. people simply do not research. it is a reactive, hyperactive, dismissive society. see what is happening with Bill Gates and Elon Musk and Peter Thiel as an example.

no, there must be a vicious, decisive attack against moralizing and centralized control if we are to have *any* chance at survival. the journalists have shown themselves incapable of system critique. therefore it *must* come from outside. let *them* fight for credibility.
