Prototypes are available for inspection and certification in view of local mass production. Without Government intervention nothing can happen, especially in regards approval. With government approval alone, scaling to mass produce will be slow if its a private enterprise.

Thanks Danielle, He told me about it, i gave him the go ahead to speak with the VP. As i said before lets get Gov.Approval before we start looking at funding. So hold-on to the cash for now. Once we get gov approval in terms of IP protection, inspection & certification.
