Everyone should develop a meditation routine for at least part of their life. It's hard to maintain except for very disciplined people (unfortunately not me), but meditating regularly for even a couple months will permanently alter your worldview and improve how you think.
Try loooong walks (with music and love). It's better than sitting.

Yeah, I do a lot of walking "meditation" - I consider it pretty meditative to walk around and look for stuff to iNaturalist. If I walk slow and focus in on the forest, that clears my mind of the voices.
