visa is doing final edits (99.4%) ✍🏾 📖 @visakanvThe longer a relationship lasts, the likelier it is that you’ll step on each other’s toes in recognizably repetitive patterns. The longer this goes on, the more hollow of an excuse “I wasn’t thinking” becomes. It thus becomes *necessary* to become more considerate. pic.twitter.com/pKZvA1ihWsShow this thread1 reply 0 retweets 5 likes -

"If you really wanted to change, wouldn't you just change?" is not a model of human behaviour that seems to track what people actually do. Habits are really hard to change.

Like habit change is this whole specialised skillset that most people don't have and even when you do have it it's really hard to apply.

yeah it's tough, it's a combination of will and environment and what the triggers are, like there are patterns that cause actions.
