almost a 9 hour walk. my legs are sore, and I have a small blister on my heel, but other than that I feel excellent.

take 5 days off, ideally in a new environment. I find it takes a couple days just to physically rest, then a couple more days to clear the mind. But this is still a very high-leverage time to take months off; when you come back, do 12hr days, 6 days a week.

I hope you atleast take a weekend off The number crunching and soo much research you do on daily basis takes a toll Just relax and read for your research I hope you do give yourself rest

Active rest (breathwork, foam rolling, massage) are good ways to take a break too.

I did that for apx 10 years with several one week vacations scattered through. It isnt worth the toll it takes on your body. If you can try to take regular breaks weekly so your body doesnt end up beat up. And don't say I'll do it someday. Do it now. Live in the moment.
