A good article from Vox! Maybe they woke up.
Chart: The US doesn’t just need to flatten the curve. It needs to “raise the line.” https://www.vox.com/2020/4/7/21201260/coronavirus-usa-chart-mask-shortage-ventilators-flatten-the-curve?utm_campaign=vox&utm_content=entry&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter … via @voxdotcom

I don't get it. There is no system overload in US. Everyone needs to get it. How does a mask do anything but extend the pain?

Yeah. I chart world and US dead due to COVID-19. This is not exponential at all. Maybe 500k in US by June. But this is not all at same time. Officials say it is tailing off, but I don't believe that as it is not in the data. Still not a catastrophic problem.

officials have been wrong with everything, i have been right with everything. you can look it up! the problem is the asymptomatic spread, and the inability of us to take this seriously.

Asymptomatic spread is great. From China data 4/5 had it and recovered without any significant symptoms. My contention is 75% of US has already been infected and recovered.
