A good article from Vox! Maybe they woke up.
Chart: The US doesn’t just need to flatten the curve. It needs to “raise the line.” https://www.vox.com/2020/4/7/21201260/coronavirus-usa-chart-mask-shortage-ventilators-flatten-the-curve?utm_campaign=vox&utm_content=entry&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter … via @voxdotcom

I don't get it. There is no system overload in US. Everyone needs to get it. How does a mask do anything but extend the pain?

Yeah. I chart world and US dead due to COVID-19. This is not exponential at all. Maybe 500k in US by June. But this is not all at same time. Officials say it is tailing off, but I don't believe that as it is not in the data. Still not a catastrophic problem.

Johns Hopkins shows cases which is complete bull shit. The director can increase cases by testing more in hot spots. Or, the director can decrease cases by testing less in know recovered areas. Counting the dead is only way.

ok this is insane. i'm gonna have to mute this. you can check my record on being right, it is one call after another. literally thousands of tweets on this. the basics of rapid asymptomatic spread are driving everything. the slow down in case counts is due to testing limitation
